Distribution of clothes - Eid-Al-Adha

Members of Hidayah Foundation Mangalore team arranged distribution program of used clothes. Cloths were distributed in areas such as Sunnathkere, Kattharigudde, Kajoor, Neriya, Baraya and Guruvayanakere, starting at 6:00 AM and lasting up to 9.00 PM.

Qatar unit of Hidayah Foundation had collected these cloths during the month of Ramadan and dispatched, which was almost 500 Kgs (15 Cartons) of dresses, shoes and other accessories. Hidayah Foundaion tried its best to distribute these items well ahead of Eid Al Adha, to bring a smile on all those that cant afford to buy on this auspicious occasion.

The campaign for Collective Clothes Collection & Dispatching to India during the month of Ramadhan has yielded results. Success of this campaign must be attributed to the fact that this was one campaign that brought together a number of community organisations with Karnataka origins or having members of Karnataka Origins. Alhamdulillah, it gives us immense satisfaction that our contribution has made a positive impact on someone's Eid and insha'allah their prayers will bring allah's choicest of blessings upon us all.
