A three day Hidayah Foundation convention has been planned in Dubai, UAE on 6th, 7th and 8th December, 2012. Hidayah team from all units (Saudi Arabia, Qatar and India) are expected to attend. the Convention agenda is to unify the Strategy and Operations in all units and have a clear understanding of the Hidayah Foundation Functioning Format. The main agenda will be as follows:

Objectives: Professionalizing & unifying the team & fine tuning the system.
- Format Presentation & adoption.
- Discussion on present achievements
- Future development programs
- Training session on Format Presentation
- Discussion on future responsibilities

The conference will also have team building, presentation and communications workshops spread over the event days. The event is exclusively for Hidayah Foundation members.
