HF Format Convention - Successful Milestone
First of all we would like to thank all the units for making format convention a successful mile stone event. With all the feedback received by the participants, Alhamdulillah we assume that the objectives set were achieved.
It is again proven in the convention that face to face interaction can resolve many issues proving the theory “seeing is believing”. Many issues were discussed focussing mainly on the member’s format to bring uniformity & professionalism. As presented in the convention, it is better to be vigilant about the anticipated problems which might arise while working for the sake of Almighty Allah. In that direction members format was discussed extensively and unanimously adapted.
Experienced observers and Sheikh Thahir (USA) gave an extraordinary touch with their experienced talk. Presentation from different members of Dubai on the format & web site presentation by Hidayah web team was professional & informative. Question and answer session with HQ members cleared the air.
Finally it was evident that every member wanted a change, which can happen only with a firm commitment. Everyone agreed that we need to mould ourselves to the required professional system by dividing responsibility with equal concern. In sha Allah, it could be possible if we all work as a team.
